In our technology driven, hectic lives, it can be difficult to stop and be present, to notice the colours around us, to savour the taste of the food we eat or enjoy the smiles in the conversation we are having with our loved ones. Mindfulnessis the act of listening to our thoughts, feelings and absorbing the sensations of the world around us to better our mental wellbeing and health.
At Elate Health, we offer Mindfulness workshops, classes and 1 to 1 sessions. The purpose of these sessions is to help you notice the everyday, socialise, meet new like-minded people and take steps towards a more thoughtful, productive life.
Elate understand the importance of physical health in partnership with mental health. By providing you with the tools to physically be mindful and present in your body, you will be taking positive steps towards being more present mentally. We offer small intimate sessions of 5 clients per teacher to ensure you are truly benefiting from the class.
